Executive summary

This proposal is in response to a company that was recently established in Narowal is response to
tender T20456. Our company has a big name in the field of robotics, software, hardware and
projects related to electronics. We are writing to inform you that the project you need for your
company is designed by our experts few months back for a very famous company. We can
design the same project for you in a very short period. We assure you to provide reliable product
in affordable amount from the rest of the market because our company designs many
components in its own research lab by our hardworking team. We deal with the projects both in
hardware and software also we can provide you almost all kind of components that are require in
your research lab in reasonable price.

As far as your project is concerned, we will design your project of dynamic nature mean that it is
applicable in all kind of areas and if in future you want to modify so then there is no need to
change all components you can just add some more component to get some additional features.
This project will work in such a way that you can control it with an application that is running in
your mobile phone. As this is a cleaning robot so it will clean your office completely in no
period and in proper way. Our experts will come to your office for its installation, configuration
and procedure description. This project will be delivered to your office by our company staff and
our lab engineers. Our lab engineers will guide you completely about the product and the way of
its usage. First, we will offer you a complete testing of this project and if there is any kind of
error in it, we will rectify it immediately. Working on this project will start immediately after
getting acceptance letter from your company (referring to tender T20456). We are offering this
to you in 1.5 lacs only because your company is newly established. Additional services will be
provided if you needed.

Technical Section

After reading your tender T20456 we came to know that you need a cleaning robot for your
company, so we have offer for you in response to your tender. We will design the product using
these following components.

 Motor driver L298N/L293D

 Arduino board

 Servo motor
 Bluetooth module (HC-05/06)
 12V rechargeable sealed acid battery
 DC motors
 Wheel 65×26mm (×4)
 Ultrasonic sensors
 Jumping wires
 Acrylic sheet

Motor driver L298N:

This motor(L298N) is based on heavy duty H-bridge controller, it can be used to drive DC
motors.

There is onboard 5V regulator if you are using between 7V and 12V to drive the motors, the
module will regulate the voltage and provide the regulated voltage (5V) to the motors. This
module has input and output ports, from input ports we get input or power from battery and this
motor can drive two wheels.

Ultrasonic sensors:

It has four pins Ground, VCC, trig, echo. The ground and power are connected to ground and
input pins trig is signal output pin and echo is the signal input pin. It is known as obstacle
detector or obstacle avoidance, if hurdle come in its path it will change its direction.

Servo motor:

Servo motor is an electrical device that can push or rotate an object with accuracy. It can rotate
up to 360 degree. It can rotate the ultrasonic sensor in different direction. if some obstacle came
in front of obstacle detector it will change its direction servo motor will help ultrasonic in
changing direction and to check the other direction if any obstacle or hindrance is present or not.
It will move the sensor in different directions.

Water pump:

Water pump will supply the water if there is shortage of water in any place during cleaning. It
will check the water first then supply the water there will be a humidity checker it will allow or
deny the water pump to supply water or not. If there is lack of water in any place it will allow the
water pump to supply the water.

Arduino board:

Arduino board is an open-source hardware and software, it is used to design the projects. We can
design the program the Arduino according to our need. We will program the Arduino according
to the need of our robot. We can add more functionalities in our project by adding more function
in it and programming it. It will work in the same way according to our wish.

Bluetooth module (HC-05/06):

Bluetooth module communicate with the Arduino in serial way. We can control the Arduino
using smartphone and controlling the Arduino using the laptop or PC. We can also control our
robot by using mobile phones. We can change the direction of the robot by using mobile phone
according to our need. If we are not using the Bluetooth module it will change the direction by
detecting the hurdles with the help of obstacles detectors or ultrasonic sensor and servo motor.

Management section:

We assure you that we will deliver this in safe way to you. We have planned few ideas for it.
After receiving the confirmation letter from your office, we will start working on this project
from the very next day. We will deliver this project to you within one week because we have

Financial section:

We are offering this project to you in 1 lac only. The price for this project is quite reasonable and
acceptable because other market is expensive.

Additional charges:

We are also providing some additional servicing to you like (delivery and extra wires for the
project in case of sparking you can use them). We will charge extra 50 thousands for this so total
cost for this project will be 1 lac and 50 thousand only.
