Introduction
Title: Smart Santa Doll with WiFi Surveillance Camera - Project Management
Introduction

The newly designed product, The Smart Santa Doll with WiFi Surveillance
Camera, is a revolutionary initiative intended to develop and provide an innovative
product to our electronic wholesaler client. Our team targets to manufacture a Santa
doll, integrated with a surveillance camera and contains WiFi access. We are inclined
to produce the product that can elevate the customers experience on smart Santa
dolls, by embedding in phenomenal features. This project is extremely important to
our organization’s development and growth. It is also a key factor to maintain our
position on the top of the electronics industry, which is constantly improving.

Our competent PM team, led by ZiHan Zhao, will utilize the best practices and
industry standards to ensure a seamless product development and implementation
process. The project will include a wide variety of approach that contains
methodologies, e.g. Agile, Lean, or Scrum, allowing the project to be easily
collaborated, allows efficiency, and modification throughout the project
management process.

Key Objectives include:

1. Developing and designing a Santa doll embedded with an advanced
surveillance camera and contains WiFi access.
2. Manufacturing a total of 750,000 units to match the wholesaler's order within
the agreed timeframe.
3. Accomplishing a superlative customer satisfaction and receive positive reviews
for users.
4. To achieve these objectives, the project will be divided into 5 stages, including
initiation, planning, execution, control, closing.
5. Transparent and constant communications with stakeholders, and client, will
be focused on throughout the project to ensure a healthy relationship between all
stakeholders and the accomplishment of this project.

The PM team is ready to solve any challenges that may arise during the
project and prepare for any possible risks. Our active risk management strategies,
and our mature problem-solving skills, will keep us on track to complete the project
higher than our expectations.

We are thrilled to embark on this mission, showing the market our expertise and
ability to innovate a revolutionary product, the Smart Santa Doll with WiFi and
Surveillance Camera. With our work ethics, we are looking forward to creating an
innovative product that elevates our market presence and adds significant value to
our customers.

The power cruise of the camera is too short, it is not waterproof, and the hiding effect of the
camera is not good。
New design
1080P HD Recording Video Resolution High-quality 1080P HD camera lens can record stunning high-
definition video, allowing you to see clearly and clearly in any room of your home or office.

Easy to use Built-in powerful magnet can absorb ferrous materials. Fully programmable via app. Find
the WIFI name of this camera to sync to your smart phone without network status; in the network status,
please find the WIFI name of this camera, then connect the camera to your home WIFI through the app.

Automatic Motion Detection Recording with motion detection function, it will automatically take
pictures if abnormal behavior detection is detected. You can log in to the App to see what's happening in
real time, so you don't have to worry about missing important things.

Long-lasting battery life Can work for about 60 minutes after fully charged, supports recording and
charging at the same time, so you never have to worry about running out of battery.

Prototype testing & confirmation

Sampling basis

·In order to make the production and delivery process smooth, we have carried out
sampling tests in the factory in advance

·Based on the statistical hypothesis testing knowledge, 385/750000 samples were

selected for sample testing of our target, here are some pieces of evidence for
sampling testing:

—Desired confidence level: In general, a confidence level of 95% is an appropriate

choice, indicating that a 95% probability of the toy model being sampled can
represent the overall situation.

—Desired accuracy: Accuracy is the deviation between the obtained sample and the
population. In general, the accuracy should be controlled within a certain range, such
as 5%. Based on the above two factors, the following formula can be used to
calculate the sample size: n = (Z^2 * p * (1-p)) / (d^2) Plug in the data to get:

n = (1.96^2 * 0.5 * (1-0.5))/(0.05^2) ≈ 384.16

Therefore, the number of samples should be controlled at about 385.

The sampling of prototype testing heavily affected The provisioning of later
processes of the orders, including the supply chain of the headquarter in
Guangdong and others branches Philippines, Vietnam, and India.

Our goal is to give the ordering party as highly satisfactory feedback as possible
after a  sliver sample inspection.

The quality results of the silver sample testing were satisfactory with 380/383
samples qualified, much higher than expected. The ordering party, they have
some expectations for functional innovation of the prototype of the design and look
forward to further progress.

Golden sealed sample confirmation

After receiving the suggestions from the clients, we promoted functional item
properties with a new design and confirmed the production and delivery of the final
model.

Production process confirmation

Sum: After the test of silver and golden samples, our total production will be
385+750000=750385 in total.

Production process: Preliminary model sample production + ordering parties
