Hi I am Yashika

I have 16 years of experience as Scrum Master, test lead and Process consultant of
companies such as Birlasoft, HCL,Galaxe solutions and TCS .
My most recent experience is into Scrum master role
My experience has spanned industries such as banking, Healthcare, Energy & Utilities and
Travel sectors. Recently I have relocated from India and so took 6 months of break for
settling down with family.

My key achievements have been in facilitating the product development process for
multiple teams based globally at Birlasoft & GalaxE solutions by enabling scrum
teams to meet their sprint goals. I have facilitated teams in Implementation of agile
methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) to support the continuous improvement. I have
added value by transforming various projects in adopting agile. Being a good servant
leader i was able to bring in such transformation.

The type of role I am looking for is the Scrum master role. My ability to
bring teams together in achieving their goals on time and enabling them is
my unique selling point .

Outside work I love spending time with my family & friends and love traveling with
them. I am located in Langley near to slough which is South London with ability to
work in central London.
