JOB DESCRIPTION STOREKEEPER

1. Scope

This document shall give an overview on the minimum requirements, activities and
responsibilities of the Storekeeper.

2. Reporting

The position should always assist and report directly to the Administration Assistance
M&R.

3. Responsibilities
1. Responsibilities to Assign withdrawal; record and materials or tools used.
2. Responsibilities to Keep store clean, organized, and stocked.
3. Responsibilities to ensure stock updated.

4. Accountability
1. To maintain and controlling stock Documentation.
2. Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand.
3. To provide inventory stock and store update.

5. Authority
1. Distribute Material and equipment tools to user.
2. Inspect all received spare parts, consumables and common materials based
on packing list and report to Administration Assistance M&R for incompliance
for returning.

6. Task
1. To conduct record in and out spare parts and tools in store using withdrawal
form.
2. To conduct Receive, store, and distribute materials to user.
3. To inform Administration Assistance M&R when buffering stock critical
equipment.
4. To Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse.
5. To assist M&R Assistance to provide data stock opname.
6. Comply with HSSE policy and basic safety rules, as per the company’s
standards and procedures.

7. Job Requirement

The person in charge for this position should have qualification as shown below:
 Senior High Scholl certificate.
 Age between 21 – 30 years.
 Have 1-2 years experience in warehouse.
 Having knowledge and computer literate of MS Office.
 Having ability to communicate in English & bahasa indonesia both in
verbal and written.
 Having good health condition.
