Method Statement For EV battery

Installation
Tesla’s electric vehicles EVs have stopped production in china, after
he was the most encouraged investor. No reason was declared to the public;
but the true reason is the instant burning causing fatality to all passengers
with a percentage of 1/1000; this is what was uncovered, but numbers might
be much higher.

If a small Lithium battery of an old phone was nail hammered on its

large surface it would instantly burn in flames or explode; even if uncharged.
This is how Lithium is dangerous. If the strike occurs on the small surface it
would not burn; just heating to 150 degrees Celsius, and not burning.
Distanced apart Lithium batteries vertically placed are much more secure,
and better air cooled letting air circulate and cool them when on the run.
This is a Chinese EV manufacturing company proposal. Many reported over
heating of the saloon when car is idling same for all passengers as the
passenger sitting on the middle of petrol car where the exhaust chamber is
placed. Battery packs in EVs have the same energy as a full car’s petrol tank
just under passengers, this is why they are dangerous and burst in flames.

Another proposal; our; is placing batteries on the ceiling of the car

rather under its bottom. Batteries are safer from hits by road stones or
random elements, they are cooled by convention as heat rises up and doesn’t
heat the saloon especially when idling, and each battery cell is easily
accessed. Batteries would be rectangular in shame similar to cell phone
lithium batteries.
Best solution is using iron air batteries placed in the rear trunk. Iron
air batteries are five times energy dense and heavier than Lithium batteries.
Waiting for these cheap batteries to be mass produced.
