Which art forms use Goethe's Faust as a main subject?

Painting
There are 100 paintings created between 1976 and 1979 by Nabil
Kanso. They describe a sequence of scenes which are based on
Goethe’s play Faust.
The paintings in the series embody imagery reflecting various aspects
of the relationship between what we can read and see, this paintings
are characterized by intense imagery with a combination of aggressive
brushstrokes, and colors that conform agitated areas around the
figures.
Althought the light seems to emerge through broken and impenetrable
bars that traverse image to another appear to intensify the space
occupied by the figures and the areas of light and dark, also the
images reveal the tension, agony, and sexuality between the
characters related in the play.
Theater
The play is divided by two parts just like in the main text, with changes
between chapters and acts, something to highlight in the play is the
histrionic part with which the characters develop to try to be as close to
the script, depending on the version and the director the play can
become very dark and even gloomy or it can be more reflective and
make some connection with thinkers like Nietzsche and the
philosophical part.
