EPC for 5 MW Solar Farm Power Plant
1. Introduction
It is our pleasure to submit this proposal for the complete EPC for
5 MW solar farm power plant.

2. Plant Description
Plant will consist mainly of solar panels and several electrical
equipments for voltage conversion to make suitable for national
grid distribution. The estimated required area for the plant is 30
Acres, 120,000 m².

3. Scope of Supply
The scope of supply will be the complete supply of solar panels
and equipments for 5 MW power generation.

4. Scope of Work
The scope of work will be:
- Complete supply of solar panels and equipments for 5 MW
power generation.
- Installation of all panels and equipment’s at site.
5. Period of Completion of Project
The period for completion of the plant shall be 18 months.

6. Origin of Equipment’s and Materials

The origin of all equipments and materials will be from

Developed countries, Banking and Engineering.

7. Price
The total price for the completion of the solar plant
shall be: 6,708,068 USD

9. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be as follows:
- Down payment of (2,027,400 USD)
- Second payment (3,379,000 USD) after completion of
equipment’s fabrication in China/Turkey/Germany and prior
to shipping
- Third Payment (1,301,668 USD) after receiving all equipments
on project site and successful Installation
