It is humbly submitted that, the Petitioner has instituted the instant Petition under Order 1 Rule
10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to implead Respondents No. 15 to 19 as proposed
Defendant No. 15 to 19 in the main suit. It is further submitted that as per the directions of this
Hon’ble Court vide order dated 23.09.2022, notice was issued to the Respondent No. 1 to 5 by
way of substitute service. It is submitted that notice was issued by way of paper publication on
18.10.2022 in Nava Telangana, a Telugu daily newspaper, calling Respondent No. 1 to 5 to
appear before this Hon’ble Court. A copy of the newspaper is filed herewith for the kind perusal
of the Hon’ble Court.
