As per the directions and in compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble

High Court in the said WP No. 10527 of 2021 is listed on 22 nd April 2021, and
the Hon’ble High Court was pleased to pass the order and directed the
Petitioner to serve personal Notice to the Respondent No. 5. In compliance of
the orders of the Hon’ble High Court, the petitioner sent the copies i.e.,
Affidavit, Petition and Material Papers and also the order copy to the
Respondent No. 5 through Registered post with Acknowledgment Due vide
RN069000610IN dated 29.04.2021. the Respondent No. 5 received and
acknowledged the same and the counsel received the postal
acknowledgement card.
The Postal receipt and and Postal acknowledgment card are filed
herewith as proof of service of Notice to the respondent No.5.
