OBJECTIVES: To create a team identity and to make tangible the concept of "team."

PROCEDURE: The team members are tasked with creating a team identity so team
members feel more connected to one another, resulting in more meaningful work
conversations and a deeper level of trust.

NOTE: You may submit ONE assignment per team as long as everyone participates in it.
Please make sure you list all team member names to your assignment!

You will be required to work with your final presentation team. Please, brainstorm and
connect with your team and think about the entire class as well. Remember this is the whole
class you are considering in the questions, not only your team members.

1. How would we describe our team?

Our team is a collaborative group of individuals who are passionate about achieving
excellence in everything we do. We thrive on creativity, detail, and adaptability. We
believe in supporting and motivating each other to reach our goal together.

2. What is our team's personality?

Our team shows adaptability. We are open-minded, relaxed, humble, friendly and
always ready for the new challenges with enthusiasm. We appreciate open
communication where everyone's ideas are heard and respected.

3. What do we do well?
We're great at building green. First, we can help hotels reduce energy and water
consumption. In addition, we will also recommend some greening products to the
hotel to reduce the damage to the environment.

4. Who are we, our IMAGE. If you wanted your team to be known for 1 thing, what
would it be for?
We are a team of stewards dedicated to advocating for environmental protection and
eco-friendly. We hope to become famous with a hotel's environmentally friendly and
sustainable development system.

5. How do think your peers view you?

Our peers view us as a relaxed and calm even under pressure team. We are seen as
approachable, collaborative, and a pleasure to work with.
