Sharing Happiness Group is a voluntary group of ladies. The Group is organizing a Display-cum-Sale Exhibition on the occasion of Karva Chauth and Deepawali festival to help and assist entrepreneurs to exhibit and sell woman centric articles,
fashion accessories, handicrafts, services etc at one place. Our Group works on “NO PROFIT NO LOSS” basis in providing such platform for the convenience of woman. The charges prescribed for participants, who wish to Display their products
in the Exhibition, have been arrived at on the basis of expenses incurred and shall be defrayed in providing the facilities of Exhibition and includes the charges of venue, stalls etc.
Terms and Conditions of Exhibition: 1) Map of venue is not to scale. 2)Booking of stall will be confirmed only after receiving 100% of Booking amount. 3)Booking amount is not refundable under any circumstances. Stall will not be changed
after allotment. 4)There is no guarantee of the number of football/visitors or volume of sales in the exhibition. 5) All payments are to be made in cash or to e-wallet number provided for making payment. 6) Our group shall not be responsible
for any theft, loss to person, property, machinery, products, materials, money at the venue due to any seen or unforseen circumstances. 7) Our group is only providing a platform in the form of a single venue and shall have no connection with
the exhibition and sale of articles. The exhibitor shall be solely responsible to ensure that only articles, fashion accessories, handicrafts, services etc which are merchandisable and lawful to be exhibited and sold at the venue are displayed. The
exhibitor shall be solely liable for infringement of any laws. 8) Our group is not involved in sale of any item or service and any tax liability, licence, GST govt fee etc. ( If any ) for the exhibition and sale has to be borne by exhibitors only. All (
regional / Central/ state ) GST registration, licenses registration, and all legal formalities are to be obtained and taken care by exhibitors only. We hold no responsibility of taxes or penalties/challans imposed on any exhibitor by the govt. 9)
The organiser reserves right to change the dates of exhibition and layout plan. 10) Only two members per stall/exhibitor shall be allowed. Indecent behavior by the exhibitor or his/her staff shall not be tolerated during exhibition/event.
Organiser reserves right to cancel the stall of such exhibitors without giving any reason. 11) Sharing or re-sale of stall by the Exhibitor and banners/poster of exhibitor are not permitted without approval in writing of organiser. Banners/posters
must not have any indecent or offensive image. 12) The venue shall have to be vacated immediately after closing time of exhibition. 13) Our group shall provide advertising support to the exhibition through various modes of promotion
including print and digital mediums of promotion. 14 ) Every stall shall be provided with one table, two chairs, one lunch thali, two one litre water bottles, exhibitor fascia name cost of which is included in booking amount of stall. Besides,
facilities of paid refreshments shall be available at the venue. 15)The responsibility of our group is limited to providing the stall and above-mentioned facilities at the venue only and there shall be no other responsibility of any kind whatsoever.
All disputes shall be subject to Rohtak jurisdiction only.
