**BODY CARE**
Body wash- Always search for moisturizing, nourishing and skin-loving ingredients like shea butter,
coconut oil and cocoa.
Soaps- Dove
Body oil/lotion- seek out: vitamin E, glycerine, urea, hyaluronic acid and aloe (for its anti-
inflammatory properties), honey, shea butter, mango oil and cocoa butter.
Body polish- look for natural exfoliants such as salt and sugar only use twice a week

**HEALTH**
Detox drinks:
1. Put 6 cucumbers, 6 lemon slices, a sprig of mint and some water in a cup and leave it in the
fridge to chill.(reduce bloating)
2. A cup of green tea, a spoon of apple cider vinegar and a sprig of mint, leave to chill. (fat
burner)
3. 6 apple slices, 2 cinnamon sticks and water, leave to chill. (stop cravings)
4. 3 ginger slices, 6 lemon slices, 6 cucumber slices, some mint, salt, water leave to chill. (ease
digestion)

*yogurt- look for low fat varieties without added sweeteners and no more than 15 grams of sugar
