Objectives: The overall objective of the project work is to help students


· To gain an insight and pragmatic understanding of the theme
· To see all the Social Science disciplines from interdisciplinary perspective
· To help in enhancing the Life Skills of the students.
Students are expected to apply the Social Science concepts that they have learnt over
the years in order to prepare the project report.
The Project Report should be prepared covering the following:
● Hand-written or in Word doc in A4 & Portrait
● Page Title - Title of the project
● Acknowledgement
● Index pages (including the table of content and page numbers)
● Statistics in table, diagram or pie chart format
● Research abstract chapters
● Supportive images innovative ideas generated in the process
● List of references - bibliography should be arranged in alphabetical order
● Online references should be mentioned with the link
● Appendices
In order to realize the expected objectives, refer ideas/view-points/research work
from various online sources, updated news of Ministry of Consumer affairs, Food and
Public distribution, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of New &
Renewable Energy in India and organizations like the NGO’s, Relief, Rehabilitation
and the Social welfare Departments of the States, Police, and High courts etc.

Task: 2
Theme: Art- Integrated Presentation on Sustainable Development measures in
India
Task:-

How does the traditional Indian Pottery work give us solutions towards sustainable
development? Highlight the environment friendly aspect of usage of mud ware (Matki,
Kulhad, mud plates, pitcher, mud ware to store goods etc.)

Instructions:-

· Make a picture collage highlighting the importance of Indian pottery towards the
prospects of sustainable development.

· Integrate Worli/Madhubani arts for the same. (No Digital mode permitted)

· The project can be done on A4 size sheet (Any color)

Suggestion: - Use organic paints. For example Indian paint ‘Geru’ etc.

You are welcome to show your creativity by using any other art- integrated method of
your choice.
