First of all, raw and ripe tea's initial step pan frying is heating the raw material on the fire. After
that stage, materials of the products need to be rolled and dried under the sun. In the next, it
will become loose raw tea, hasn't soaked and wet.
Following this, the production line will be separated by each other's method. If the way of
manufacture will go to fermentation by mold, that will go loose ripe tea, then became Pu-erh
ripe tea. On the contrary, after the move apart the line, if it goes to compression technique,
finally that will become Vintage Pu-erh raw tea after aging by storage process.
