The stages that are involved in producing cheese is depicted in the diagram.

Overall, the process consisted of nine main steps, beginning with the acidification and ending
when cheese is sold.

When looking at the first four phases of the operation, it can be seen that the process begins
with a bottle with raw milk and bacteria inside. Once mixing with the tenzyme, the substance turns into
curds in the solidification step. Prior to being heated and drained in a hot pot in the fourth phase, these
cruds are cut into small pieces.

Moving to analyze the remaining stages, it is clear that after heating and draining, curds turn into
liquid and subsequently it is added with salt in a large bowl. Having been shaped into many jars by a
machine, they are fermented in a cabinet in two months. In the penultimate phase, the final products
are packaged and subsequently transported to the retailers.
