WRITING TASK 1

The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons
where relevant.

The picture illustrates the phases involved in fabricating sugar from sugar cane. Generally, the process
containing seven steps to producing sugar, starting with growing the sugar canes and ending with drying
and cooling the sugar.
As the diagram describes, the first stage is to grow the sugar canes and it takes about 12 to 18 months.
Secondly, after it has taken a while to be qualified, it is collected manually or by machines to be prepared
for crushing. The cane trash that be crushed then not be used to make sugar, only the juice is kept to
processing into sugar. After that, the juice is purified by using a limestone filler. The next stage, the juice
is put into a huge container that heated with a high temperature to make it evaporated then turn into syrup.
The syrup is then poured into a centrifuge to separate sugar cystals from syrup. The process end with
drying and cooling sugar in a special pot, and the treated sugar can be used immediately.
