The above diagram illustrated how cherry is produced from the fresh

fruits.
There are nine stages in the cherry jam manufacturing process,
beginning with collecting cherries and transporting the raw material to
the manufacturing plant and ending with labeling the cherry jam jars.
In the first stage of the process, a sheet is spread under the cherry tree
following by shaking it so the cherries fall to the ground. Collected
cherries are transported to the processing plant where jam is produced.
In the next stage, the leaves and stems are removed from the cherries.
All of cherries are washed by water and then, stones are removed from
the middle of the fruit with complex machinery. This machine line
moves cherries directly to large industrial pots and cooks them with
extra ingredients: sugar, lemon juice. After cooking, the quality
controllers check this mixture to ensure the registered product
standard.
The finally stage is to put jam into the jars and label it.
