letter that he received from his learning institution which is usually demanded by most
institutions to prove that one is a bona-fide student of the alleged institution and submit it to the
organization one is interested in.

Students should note that some organizations demands that students pay an application fee so as
to allow them secure a placement opportunity.

Once a student has been accepted he/she will receive an official communication from the
organization on when and how to report for duty and for how long.

2. Introduction

reporting.
On the reporting day it will be very important that the learner introduces him/herself in a manner
befitting a University student and an ambassador of his/her institution. On reporting one must
start with the head of the department armed with his leer of acceptance and student’s and
national identification card.

reports to the day one leaves. This assessment is usually captured in the attachment logbook
where the organizational supervisor signs every day.
The student is usually also assessed by the University assessor at his/her workplace within these
12 weeks.
