COMPLAINT

The undersigned accuses Patrick Deo B. Salumbre of the crime of

Robbery with Homicide, committed as follows:

I. This complaint is being filed to the charge Patrick Deo B. Salumbre,

Filipino, a legal age, and with the resident of Dubinan West, Santiago
City of the Crime of Robbery with Homicide under Article 293 and
Article 249 of the Revised Penal Code committed as follows:

a) On or about 3:00 in the morning of January 27, 2019 I was bare

see the victim Saint Annie G. Singson and the suspect Patrick Deo
B. Salumbre walking along Aguinaldo Street;

b) That when I'm at the CM Recto Street I saw Patrick Deo B.

Salumbre forcedly rubbed Saint Annie G. Singson's bag;

c) That she was allegedly stab her stomach;

d) That she was rushed to the nearest hospital because of multiple

stab wounds in her stomach that was pronounced Dead on Arrival
(DOA).
