COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

The undersigned complainant, Cindirella A. Patalittan, 41 years old,

widow, under oath, states the following:

1. That at around 10:00 o’clock in the evening of August 15, 2019, at our
residence in #16 Centro East, Santiago City, while sleeping, I was
awaken by a loud voice from my brother’s room Emeralp S. Agcanas;

2. That when I went to investigate, I saw Homar Alexius C. De Guzman

(Accused) standing beside the bed holding a bloody knife while my
brother was lying in the bed swimming in his own blood;

3. That I then run outside and screamed for help which awaken our
neighbors;

4. That one of our neighbors called the police which led to the immediate
arrest of the accused; and

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements, and for the purpose of charging respondent-accused, Homar
Guzman, for the crime of Murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal
Code.
