About Instahyre
Value Proposition
Instahyre uses AI to assess a candidate’s profile and assigns an Instahyre score to the
candidate. I then shows the recruiter as well as the users a curated list of the profiles
that match with ones’ requirements. Thus reducing spam, fake job postings aiming to
reduce the discovery time of an user.

● The recruiters will be shown the top performers in each category.
● Candidates participating in the competitions will also receive points based on their
performance which will be visible on their profiles.
