WATERPROOFING METHODOLOGY

SURFACE PREPRATION

1. Dismantling of loose plaster/concrete. Making surface free from all dust debris oil and
other loose material, and cleaning the surface.
2. Providing and applying one coat of Co Polymer over the prepared surface (Primer
Coating).

WATERPROOFING TREATMENT

1. Applying first coat of highly flexible upto 800% Liquid Membrane Super Fixit Apiguard
BT in the ratio (1Kg Super Fixit Apiguard BT: 1 Ltr Water).
2. Reinforcement glass fiber cloth in second coat while first coat is green.(Note: In
Flooring Only)
3. Applying second coat of Super Fixit Apiguard BT (highly flexible upto 800% Liquid
Membrane) in the ratio (1Kg Super Fixit Apiguard BT : 750 ml Water).
4. Applying third coat of Super Fixit Apiguard BT (highly flexible upto 800% Liquid
Membrane) in the ratio (1Kg Super Fixit Apiguard BT : 500 ml Water)
5. Applying fourth coat of Super Fixit Apiguard BT (highly flexible upto 800% Liquid
Membrane) in the ratio (1Kg Super Fixit Apiguard BT : 250 to 300 ml Water)
6. Applying fifth coat Super Fixit Apiguard NC (Acrylic Polymer Based Coating) - UV
resistance, in the ratio (1Kg Super Fixit Apiguard NC : 500 ml Water).
7. Applying sixth coat Super Fixit Apiguard NC (Acrylic Polymer Based Coating) - UV
resistance, in the ratio (1Kg Super Fixit Apiguard NC : 250 to 300 ml Water).
