Task
In this assignment, you will be tasked with completing one of four cases. Within, you will find various problems to solve related to strategic
management. Perform an assessment of the situation, formulate alternatives, and provide a solution that leads the organization in the correct
direction based on information given in the case.

Present the case to the class upon completion. Presentations should be between 10-20 minutes and should be split into parts between your
group members. A question period may take place after your presentation.
