8 CONTRACT PRICE BREAKDOWN:

8.1 PROPOSED PUNJAS DISTRIBUTION CENTER– HYDRAULICS PRICE

1. Supply and installation of all domestic cold water pipe work $
including pipe supports and hangers, as shown in the drawings
and details. All exposed or above ground cold water supply pipe
works to the Fire Hose Reels are to be G.I. pipes and fittings.

To provide WAF water connection application, fees required,
authority inspections, excavation/earth filling works and water
pipe works necessary.

3. $
Supply and installation of WAF main water meter, ancillary
valves, pipe work, water meter chamber structural walls and floor
(refer to structural drawings), cast iron cover or applicable
material lids with ironmongeries, padlocks, and other necessary
accessories.

4. Supply and installation of all domestic hot water pipe work $

including pipe supports, hangers and pipe protection as shown
on the drawings and details. All domestic hot water pipe works
are to be insulated with approved thermal insulation materials.

5. Supply and installation of all pressure gauges, pressure reducing $

valves, isolation & stop valves, non-return valves, flexible water
hoses (if not included with the plumbing fixtures) and other
fittings necessary for the completion of the whole domestic hot &
cold water service systems.

6. Supply and installation of 3x Domestic Cold Water Storage $

Tank(s), ball float valves, vents, piping and accessories in
locations as shown/indicated on the drawings.

7. Supply and installation of Domestic Cold Water Booster Pump $

Set, comes with Pump Controls, Pressure Tanks, Pressure
Switches, Water level indicators, vibration isolators, wirings, and
accessories.
8. Supply and installation of (2x) media filters and accessories in $
locations as indicated on the drawings.

9. Supply and installation of centralized Domestic Hot Water $

System, Re-circulation pumps, Gas Demand Duo brand (or
approved equal), storage tanks and accessories.

10. Supply and installation of Under Bench Electric Storage Water $

Heater as shown/indicated on the drawings, piping, controls,
wirings and accessories.

11. Supply and installation of all sanitary drainage and vent pipe $
works, supports and hangers. Underground pipe work to include
trenching and other necessary earthworks. Layout are as shown
in the drawings and details.

12. Supply and installation of all Geberit HDPE pipework for grease- $
laden sanitary drainage, comes with supports and hangers.
Underground pipe work to include trenching and other necessary
earthworks. Layout are as shown in the drawings and details

Supply and installation of all floor drains, floor wastes, gullies,
inspection openings, Studor/AAV vents and other sanitary drain
fittings as indicated in the drawings. All floor drains & wastes are
each to be provided with traps before connection to the drainage
line.

Supply and Installation of inspection chambers with appropriate
class cast-iron lids from the building drains.

15. Supply and installation of ACO Lipumax-P (brand or approved $

equal) 2,000L Underground Grease Interceptor as indicated in
the drawings and details.

16. Flow and pressure testing and commissioning of all installed $

pipe work, including sound level measurements in critical areas.
17. Disinfection, chemical flushing and chemical treatment of all $
pipework systems.
18. To provide maintenance and attendance to faults including $
labour and materials for the defects and liability period.

19. To provide all pipe/services penetrations with an acceptable fire $

sealant and/or fire collars similar to Hilti, 3M-Fire Stopping or
approved equal.

General

20. Application for sanitary connection, payment of fees required,

authority inspections, and pipe work for connection into the
existing WAF Sewer system.
21. Provision of all tools, scaffoldings, platforms, scissors lifts, and $
other preliminaries that are necessary to perform the scope of
works.
22. $
Provision of detailed shop drawings, O&M Manuals and As-Built
Plans and to implement Client Instructions / Trainings,

23. To provide fire sealant and/or fire collars to pipe/services $

penetrations through fire compartments.
