TO THE STUDENTS OF ISFS


Dear Students,
Greetings from TEAM EXAM WING - ISFS,
As you all are ready for the examination at ISFS, we wish you all the very best for the same. Kindly note the following
while you attempt:
1. WHAT TO DO BEFORE AN EXAMINATION?
• Mode of examination: Offline exams
• Every Student at ISFS is required to mandatorily attempt all the examinations conducted by us without fail.
• Portion for the weekend examination will be shared during the start of the week i.e., Monday/ Tuesday.
• Results will be declared by Thursday/ Friday.
• Answer key would be shared after an examination.
2. WHAT TO DO DURING AN EXAMINATION?
• It is a must for every student to be in the examination hall for 1hr.
• Carry your own pen, stapler, ink, blotting paper, scale, and battery-operated noiseless/cordless portable calculator with up
to 6 functions, 12 digits and up to two memories. A student is not supposed to carry electronic gadgets/ study materials
and any form of notes. Negligence shall result in malpractice.
• Use black ink ballpoint pen only for answering the questions and HB pencil for OMR bubbling. Usage of multicolored
pens/ highlighter/sketches etc. is strictly prohibited.
• Write Name, Batch Name, Branch name, Weekend test number, Question paper code, Roll NO. (10-digit) at a specified
place in the question paper and answer script (OMR, if applicable) including additional sheets.
• Students who are answering using OMR Sheets are requested to bubble properly and provide all the relevant details
accurately. Failure in mentioning details/Over bubbling/ Half bubbling/ illegible bubbling will result in a reduction of
marks.
• Ensure that the answer script is neatly margined. All the question numbers must be mentioned outside the margin, whereas
the sub-points of an answer should be mentioned within the margins. Quoting Bit number/ Part number/ is mandatory.
• Alphanumerical bulletins are only to be used while presenting your answers (such as A, a, 1, i)
• For all the sub-questions which you answer, you are required to mention the MAIN QUESTION NUMBER.
• Answers to the Sub questions of a particular question must be answered at the same place in the same order as given in
the question paper.
• (Ex: If Question 1 has two sub-questions (A, B), Then you are supposed to mention 1A, 1B While you answer it. Always
notice the case of the alphabet (Capital/ Small letters) mentioned for each sub-question. This means you aren’t supposed
to write 1a, 1b for the above-mentioned example.)
• Writing must be legible and well-presented. This includes Drawing proforma, drawing tables when you write differences,
drawing lines after answering a question, underlining the side headings etc. The evaluation pattern of ICAI / ICMAI will
be followed.

3. WHAT TO DO AFTER AN EXAMINATION?


• Surrender answer book immediately upon completion of examination time or after 1hr of the time limit. No additional
time shall be given.
• Fasten all answer books including additional answer books used with a tag and staple them.
• In case of any malpractice noted, the invigilator has all rights to confiscate the paper and disqualify the student for the
complete exam.
