O R D E R:-
The Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh under reference 1 st read

above, has issued Notification vide No.10/2022-RC dated 21.10.2022 inviting
applications to fill-up the vacant posts of Office Subordinates in the Unit of
District Judge, Guntur. The Hon’ble High Court has conducted on-line
examinations from 21.12.2022 onwards for recruitment to various posts in
District Judiciary. The Hon’ble High Court under proceedings in reference 3 rd
cited, has published the list of candidates selected to the post of Office
Subordinate and instructed the candidates to produce the original
certificates before District Judge, Guntur for verification on 19 th April to 24th
April, 2023. The undermentioned candidates appeared before District Court,
Guntur and submitted original documents. Verified the certificates submitted
by the candidates provisionally selected.
The District Judge, Guntur, is pleased to issue the appointment
and posting orders to the following candidates as Office Subordinates on
purely temporary basis, subject to verification of the antecedents:-

District Court, Guntur.
2. The Presiding Officers are requested to obtain three sets of
attestation forms from the incumbent along with copies of
educational qualification certificates and study certificates and
forward the same to this court together with their joining report.
4. The newly recruited Office Subordinates shall execute a Personal
Security Bond for Rs. 5,00,000/-, for a period of two years stating
that they would remain in the post, at the time of joining, in the
prescribed format.

5. The newly recruited candidates shall the duty of his/her post at the
stations posted on or before 08-05-2023, otherwise, their
appointments are deemed cancelled without further notice. They
are not entitled for T.T.A.
6. The newly recruited Office Subordinates are informed that in case

the documents produced by them are found to have been created,
manipulated or forged in future date, they would be
removed/dismissed, interpolated or forged in future date, they
would be removed/dismissed beside launching criminal prosecution
against them.
7. The Presiding Officers of respective courts are requested to inform
as the dates of joining of the incumbents for record purpose.
8. The candidates should submit age declaration at the time of joining
duty. The declaration should be recorded in the Service Register.
9. The D.D.Os are directed to obtain C.P.F number and deduct
contribution from the individuals as per G.O.Ms. No. 653, 654 &
655 Finance (Pension-I) Department dated 22-09-2004.
10. The seniority of the newly recruited Office Subordinates will be
fixed at a later date, as per rules.
