shall be considered sufficient cause for dismissal by my prospective employer and that I shall also be liable to indemnify We Got This Pte Ltd for all losses and

In the event that I accept a job offer (whether verbally or written or by conduct in commencing work) by any employer through We Got This Pte Ltd’s
referral, I hereby undertake to start work and be employed for a minimum period of three (3) months (excluding any resignation notice period required upon
a) fail to serve the employer for at least three (3) months, or
b) fail to start work on the agreed commencement date, or
c) am dismissed by the employer for misconduct that is inconsistent with the fulfillment of the conditions of my service, or
d) am absent from work for more than two (2) consecutive days during the three months’ period without any prior approval from my employer or without valid
reason/s; or without informing my employer of such absence,

I undertake to pay We Got This Pte Ltd a referral service fee equivalent to one (1) month of my offered salary or We Got This Pte Ltd's
invoiced amount to the employer, whichever is higher.
