I had a dream last night. It started when I fell off the
roof of my house, but in the dream I was falling very
slowly. Then I started to fly! While I was flying through
the air, I crashed into a tree and saw a very big spider. I
quickly jumped out of the tree and hit a man. He chased
me angrily but he didn’t catch me. While I was running,
I saw a big box and I hid inside it. Then a monster threw
me and the box into a river. In my dream, I couldn’t
swim! That was a very scary dream!

Kevin was ‘home alone’ last weekend for the first time.
His parents were visiting his grandparents in their new
house. Kevin was very excited about the weekend. He
wanted to eat pizza, sleep on the sofa, use his parents’
big shower and leave his bedroom messy. But his mum
gave him some rules before they left. ‘You mustn’t use
our bathroom. You mustn’t use the oven. You must put
your clothes in your wardrobe. You shouldn’t sleep in
the living room.’ So Kevin changed his plans. He used
the microwave to make popcorn, he slept in the kitchen
and he didn’t wear any clothes! So, he didn’t break any
of the rules!
