A painting speaks a thousand words.

Art is an expression of emotion. A window to man’s soul;

As man is made up of body and soul, man is both of concrete and abstract. Concrete for being
impermanent and imperfect and which can be perceived by the senses; And, abstract for being perfect
and permanent since it can’t be sensed.

I do painting as self-expression, every stroke of my hands; the colors on my palette evoke emotions. The
subjects are symbolism.

Choices.

Every day of our lives we make choices, from the simplest decisions to the most difficult, illogical and
absurd ones. Our choices are also the definition of our personality; they will also define us in the future.

What I have here is a simple choice I made. A choice among the answers to, which will I highlight or
which time of my life will I highlight? And so I chose night time. Primarily because for me, it invokes
tranquility, it may sound absurd because darkness, grays and blacks have other meaning to other people
but this is me. I find silence in the night appeasing the stresses of my young life. It gives me time to think
and reflect clearly.

Finally, as I’ve said, our choices define us. Our choices speak about us; our choices make us concrete and
abstract individuals. So choose what is the best expression for you
