The Gewog Administration is to inform that having endorsed earlier by the GTC dated 13th
October, 2021 for the replacement of the Humepipes by Gewog for which it either to replace or
to make the payment later on having taken from M/S Jamyang Delkar Construction meant for the
laying of the GSB from Gewog Center to Namchalla.
As such this is submitted for the payment to be made from the over all Savings of the Gewog.
The amount is Nu. (Its based on BSR 2020 and CI).

Contractor has been completed on 16th June, 2022 and wishes to Hand over to the
Community.

Following are the details of the work;
1. Name of the Work; - development of Ranga Nye at Gangjab
2. Work start Date; 18th January, 2022
3. Work end Date; -18th April, 2022
4. Initial Contract amount; Nu.6,30,000.00(Six Lakhs Thirty Thousand) only
5. Duration of the work; Three Months
6. Additional Time; 2 months (Minutes of the GTC attached)
7. Hand over Date; - 22nd June, 2022
Following Terms and Conditions shall apply, be read and construed to affect and taking over.
1. The 10% Retention money deducted from every bill shall be released upon expiry of
Defect Liability period (12 Months)
2. Any Defects or rectifications observed during the 12 months, Defect liability period shall
be made by the contractor at his own cost and risks.
3. The employer shall have the right to rectify the defects and rectifications observed during
the Defect Liability period by meeting the expenses from the retention money in the even
the contractor fails to comply despite repeated official notifications.
4. The Defect Liability period shall be observed for 12 months from the date of Handing
over the site.
