“How My Brother Change My Life as a Kid”

“We are best of friends. Nobody’s got your back like your brother.” After 9 years of
waiting, finally I have found my best friend - my beloved brother. A lot of things have
changed when my little brother came in to my life. I was just a normal kid doing normal
things but, it became more meaningful when he came. Now, I have somebody to play
with. Today, let me share to everyone how my little brother changed my life as a kid.

The day that I found out that I will become a brother was truly memorable! I found
myself jumping around because of the happiness brought by it to me. Soon, I will have a
cute little brother just like me. And now, after the long wait, we finally arrived to the
exciting part! I am now an official big brother. It only means that I will face a lot of
challenges and responsibilities.

Some things changed, some things did not. First thing in the morning, we eat all together
with my little brother. After that, we bathe together and then I will prepare for school.
Then, after eating I will watch over my little brother. We usually watch his favorite show
- Cocomelon. The things that did not change was my mommy still serves yummy food
and my dad still gives me a belly rub at night. My grandparents still give me attention and
they still love me.

Sometimes, I take care of my little brother by feeding and playing with him. I really love
making him laugh. Sometimes, I can make him sleep in my arms and entertain him when
he is drinking his vitamins. I also make him DIY toys and he is always learning new
things. Sometimes he goes to my room to get my things.

Our family loves me and my little brother equally. My mom cooks delicious food for us
and they take care of us every day. They take care of me by loving and by always helping
me and sometimes they put me to sleep. How they take care of my little brother is kind of
the same from me. They put him to sleep and they feed him and he takes his vitamins and
he plays with his toys.

To the other kids who are going to become a brother or a sister too, here are some tips
from me. First, always listen to your parents because they know better. They know better
because they already had a son or daughter. Next, is to always love your little
brother/sister because he or she might be experiencing something. And you also need to
love your brother or sister not only by hug and kisses but by taking care of your little
brother/sister. Last of all, always pray for them because you love them and you want
them to be a good boy or girl. You also want to pray for them either they are sick or they
need help.
