• Generate the various document control reports as required.

• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and
drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and
suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings
and their distribution clearly.
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control
office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with
easy traceability.
• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
• Maintaining a master document register of the latest drawings on a
project and ensure that all recipients are Transmitted the drawings
they require as soon as new revisions of drawings are received.
• Responsible for distribution of all the submittals (Material Submittal,
Request for Information, Method Statement, Technical Submittal,
Shop Drawings, Material Receiving Submittal, Test Report Submittal,
Inspection Request) for respected Engineers, for their review and
comments but before this we have to check if the Submittal is
complete according to the specification of the project.
