DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Monitoring piping installation in accordance with P & ID general arrangement diagram.

 Supervision of Fabrication works.
 Progress monitoring & maintaining manpower, equipment, material requirements to meet the
project schedule.
 Daily planning of site activities.
 Supervision and witness hydro testing, pneumatic testing and flushing of piping system and
prepare the necessary documents.
 Preparation of work procedure and inspection test plan.
 Studies drawings and Specification and explain to the crew About The task.
 Prepare piping test package and hydro testing.
 Prepare and submit work completion report to pre commissioning Manager Preparing the
punch lists and recommending to concerned department for them.
 in complete works . Inspection and witness hydro testing, pneumatic testing and flushing of
piping system and prepare the necessary documents.
 Putting forward to schedule the test circuits for inspection (Mechanical Clearance) from client.
 Implementing safety awareness to provide safe working environment.
