• Prepare Inspection request for all activities done in site and arranging the inspection
along with client engineer.
• Review of RA Bills submitted by Contractor.
• Prepare RA bills and get approval from Client.
• Execute the works as per drawing and clarify the any engineering related issues in

• Co-ordination with all suppliers to ensure the construction material quality and timely

• Prepare QAP, FQP & Method Statements for Site activities as per Standards and get

• Implementation of Project Quality plan and ISO procedures Ensure all testing and
monitoring laboratory equipment’s is calibrated as per calibration schedule.
• Ensure all Quality Control Records are kept up-to date and filed & Submission of
Quality Documents to client approvals.
• Manage all site field tests, listed in the specifications. & maintain proper
documentation as per PQP.
• Co - ordinate with site Team and client. Ensure the necessary Training systems of
labor are in place together with safety and Quality tool talks.
• Preparing the site plans, Daily Progress Report and Monthly Quality report.
• Internally identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective actions
ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction.
• Prepare the Material Approval Statement (MAS) for the materials used in site and
taking approval from Client.
• Prepare Inspection request for all activities done in site and arranging the inspection
along with client.
• Review of RA Bills submitted by Contractor.

of Protocol for both.
