RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Supervisor
 Serving as interface between My Company and its clients.
 Establishing good client-customer relationship while in fields
 Making sure clients’ demands and specifications are met by ensuring safe and environment friendly approach
towards drilling operations
 Attend well review/appraisal and pre spud meetings as arranged by Client (Operator)
As an Engineer
 Operating, monitoring and maintenance of solids control equipment for onshore drilling rigs, dewatering sites
 Assisting in the servicing, trouble-shooting & installation of equipment as required.
 Rigging up and down location equipments.
 Working on Mud centrifuges, shakers, Hi G Dryers, Augers and Filtration Unit
 Run continuous tests on the solids discharge and the effluent discharge on both units along with
comparing information with the Fluid Service Technician to make sure that the centrifuges are set for
optimum performance and the gravity percentage of the mud is within the bore tolerance.
 Perform pre and post job equipment inspections, perform and complete preventative maintenance procedures
and operate support equipment.
 Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service and perform initial set up for next job.
 Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
 Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
 Maintain records of daily operation checklists.
 Responsible to maintain cleanliness of the centrifuge area: take out garbage, keep floors and ground clear
of debris and wipe down oil marks.
 Responsible to move fluids, gauge tanks, completing all basic operations of the centrifuge, monitor fluid
levels, etc.
Design Drawings/Layouts/Reporting
 Develop design drawings for equipment rig up/ installations on locations.
 Carrying out efficient and timely preparation of software-based reporting.
 Carry out End of Well Reporting

Dewatering System
 Installation and operating the dewatering system for water base drilling fluids
 Removing the majority of colloidal size solids from water base drilling fluids at the rig sites with chemically
enhanced centrifugation, enhanced solid removal process Using flocculation unit and Decanting Centrifuge
LW 370-1300N.
 Providing Treated Water back to Client as per standards after waste water Physical and Chemical Analysis
Asset Integrity
 Carry out periodic walk around checks during whole operation.
 Troubleshooting of any issue that arises.
 Maintenance, service and repair conditions of equipments making sure they are in a-fit-for-service
condition. These include;
• Mud Centrifuge LW 370-1300N, DW-2000
• Hi G Dryer Shaker HG-320
• Auger (Variable Speed)
• Cummins Gensets (C220D5)
• Filtration Unit
• All types of Pumps i.e. Centrifugal Pump, Screw Pump and Diesel Pumps
