 Involve in maintaining the availability of spare parts, the latest revision of all Contract Documents, Drawings,
Specifications, SPs, PRs, ERDs, DEPs and Standards, required for Quality Assurance, Quality Control and
inspection. Coordinate with purchasing department concerning procurement and delivery of materials.
Conducting pre installation, Testing & calibration of all new instruments such as; FF transmitters, FGS
detectors, Analyzers, control & shutdown valves, MOVs, RCS valves etc.
 Working under PMC as loop check supervisor. Responsible for carry out loops check with master loop
drawing like P&ID, ILD, instrument data sheet, etc. Carry out Foundation field bus instruments
download & commissioning with vendor. All segment checked through FTB segment checker
instrument. Familiar with project WINPCS system & QCRD system for refer of project documents.
Familiar with EMERSON DELTA V DCS system as well as TRICONEX IPS system.
 Responsibility includes execute construction activities for installation of DCS/ESD cabinet, field
instrument installation, wiring and termination, pre commissioning/loop checked, execute hot loop cut
over of the plant as per process system wise and commissioning of the plant. As built of construction
drawing for final turn over.
 Coordination with client inspectors of RLOC to develop and implementing, technical and project specific
procedures, ITP, Method statements and other quality management system procedures to international
codes and standards. Preparation of instrument loop package, documentation of loop tested and
packages and updating of instrument database and maintaining up to date documentation, preparation
and submitting of as-built drawings and data sheets. Inspection for the Installation of Field Mounted
Instruments, Junction Boxes, Local Panels, Pneumatic Leak Test of Air Line Tubing.
 Perform inspection of materials and equipment to ensure compliance to approved specifications, proper
handling, storage, preservation and protection of materials of our own project as well as vendor
packages with project standard specification.
 Ensure the vendor-supplied instruments are in compliance with the data sheets and other
recommended Project specifications ISO standards and practices such as API, ISA, and CCI etc.
 Perform “Hold¨, “Witness¨ and “Surveillance” Inspections and Test to ensure compliance to project
specifications, standards, method statement or work procedure and Inspection Test Plan. Prepare
Inspection Reports; Initiate NCR-Non Conformance Report, FIR-Field Inspection Report, and Equipment
Deficiency Reports as required. Familiar with lotus notes 6.5 for project specifications, Takeover XP for
project hand over, datasheets, P&ID, ILD & construction drawing etc.

 Liaising with the client representatives for final acceptances and accomplished activities. Preparation of
request for inspection, check and review inspection records and Test certificates. Preparation of
