 Since August 2017 to this date, I have held the position of
 Microsoft Office: Word & Plant inspector on behalf RASCO Rass Lanuf-LIBYA
Excel The main responsibilities in this project are:
 CAD and Simulation:
SolidWorks, Catia, • Establish on-stream visual inspection in daily activities including Metallic
AutoCAD, Abaqus structures inspection survey, Vessels inspection survey and Pipe work inspection
survey.

MOTIVATED COMPANY-LIBYA
The main responsibilities in this project are:
• Inspection of pipe works and pressure equipment
• Elaboration of repair method statement.
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site
staff in the preparation of related project technical documents: Drawings, welding
documents, materials certificates...
EFFICIENT • Support during recruitment of QC Inspectors.
• Implement the QC System at Site.
• Verify the implementation of the Quality Control Plans (QCP) with relevant
Quality Control Forms (QCF) and Procedures.

• Monitor welding and coating activities.

Thyna Petroleum Services – Tunisia
The main responsibilities in this project are:
Inspection of pipe works and pressure equipment / Elaboration of daily report /
DEUTSCH Technical assistance of NDT team / Assistance and survey of different NDT
progress / Survey and gathering data / Control and verification the compliance of
isometric and P&D / Finalization spotting EFD / Preparation of radiographic
schedule / Assistance RT operator on site and reception of radiographic films.

 Since November 2013 to end December 2014 : I have


held the position of Third part inspector on behalf many
petroleum companies – Tunisia

The main facets of the position have been:

• Undertake pressure vessel and pipeline legislative certification as ministry


registered authorized inspector.
• Carry out pressure vessels inspection, elaborate repair procedures,

monitor NDT and repair activities.
• Review and approve Manufacturer Records Books including Welding
Registers NDT reports, Welding Procedure specification, Welding Procedure
Qualification Test, Welder Performance Qualification, Quality Manual prepared by
the Contractors.
• Review and approve pressure vessels calculation notes according to
design code: ASME VIII, CODAP and PD 5500.
• Lifting equipments and accessories inspection: Cranes, Forklifts,
overhead cranes…
• Inspection of Electric installations according to NFC 15-100
• Pressure safety valves calibration
• Preparation and participation on many partial shutdown from 2012 to
2014.
• Preparation and participation on general shutdown: internal and external
nspection of equipment such as Heater, Tower, Reactor, Separator, Heat
Exchanger,Cooler, Filter and Piping.
• Preparation, assistance and monitoring of different NDT work
