Job Responsibilities:
Manage electronic document management system as well as hard copy records on as per
company system.
Assuring proper documentation and organizing file of all activities
Maintain and update logs to ensure accurate status of submissions
Create templates for use by other personnel
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
Prepare necessary data reports for various parties in a timely and accurate manner
Drive improvement to document control processes and procedure
Maintain records of employee related data (Payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates
etc.) in both paper and database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Taking care of all recruiting needs - this includes developing and updating job
descriptions/requirements, prepares job posts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Coordinate with field staff (Foreman, site supervisor and time keeper) for daily attendance of
workers for preparing time sheet
Implement and conduct training programs for all new and current employees.
Ensure and update timely renewal of documents in HR database before expiry i.e. employment visa
expiry, labor cards, insurance, passport etc.).
