You can Place all herbs in a tea ball or bag, put in your nicest or most favourite cup or mug,
and cover with boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea ball or bag, and
1 tea bag
Pour the tea bag into cup until it gets fully diffused into water .this Tea you have to take twice time
in a day (in morning before breakfast and in afternoon before lunch)
