Charlotte's Web

"Charlotte's Web" was written by E.B.White. The story is about a friendship between a
spider and a pig - Charlotte and Wilbur. The setting of the story was at Mr. Zuckerman's
farm.

At the beginning of the story, Wilbur was born as a runt, so his owner wanted to kill him
cause a runt was no use to a farmer, cause there was a high chance that he would die or
he could never weigh as much as his brothers or sisters. However, Fern - the farmer's
daughter cried and insisted that she would raise the poor pig on her own. The farmer
agreed and the pig was raised peacefully in Fern's arms until he was too big that his first
owner didn't want to waste resources on him anymore, he was moved to live in Mr.
Zuckerman's farm. Life at Mr. Zuckerman's farm was so easy for Wilbur. There he lived in
a pigpen, two times a day his trough would be filled with slops and milk, and the manure
was just so warm that he wanted to lie on forever. Wilbur was also joining a whole society
in the barn, where there were a geese couple, several sheeps, horses, cows, roosters,...
and even a rat named Templeton living in a hole right under Wilbur's trough. But the
problem was, besides a couple of casual talkings with Templeton, Wilbur had no real
meaningful conversations with anyone else, and he was sad about that, he found himself
so lonely and had no friends. Then suddenly there appeared Charlotte a spider, she was
observing Wilbur the whole time and right when Wilbur was at his lowest point, she
decided to speak up and offer her will to become his closest one in the barn. And that
was the start of their friendship. At first Wilbur didn't have good impression about the
spider, cause she ate all kinds of insects, from flies to mosquitoes to bugs to crickets,
how bloodthursty she was in Wilbur's thought. But as time went by, Wilbur grew his
admiration toward Charlotte - who was a clever, loyal, kind friend and best of all, a good
writer. The two friends lived happily together in the barn.

The crux of the story happend when there came a rumor spreading throughout the whole
barn that Wilbur would be killed in the upcoming winter - for Christmas's feast. That was
just not a rumor, the sheep could confirm that as he saw the same thing happened every
year. With Charlotte's superb mind and ability, she tried to think up a way to help save
her poor friend, who was being in real distraught after hearing the bad news. After
several days hanging herself upside down so that her head could be in best condition to
think, Charlotte came up with a web that had the word "some pig" in the middle. The web
was woven on the door frame right above Wilbur's trough that if someone came to feed
the pig, they would definitely notice it. And things turned out exceeding Charlotte's
expectations, everyone thought that that was a miracle, the farmer thought his pig was
god's given, people from all corners of the country came over to appreciate the rare sign
of God themselves. Still not enough, later Charlotte came up with more big words, she
introduced the pig as "terrific","radiant", which made the pig even more religiously-gifted-
proven. However, a spider could not live long and as time went by, Charlotte grew older
and the fact was that she could not do the same thing for Wilbur forever to help retain
the famer's belief in Willbur as a god's gift, he may then kill him if the miracle
disappeared. An big event happened after that, a Farm Fair was being held and if
Wilbur'd get to be chosen as the best pig of the fair, that would 100% secure him from
being killed by his owner. Charlotte gathered all her effort and energy to help her friend
for the last time as she could feel that her last day was coming near. After weaving a web
that said "humble" right next to Wilbur's spot at the fair, she gave her last breath. The
story ended with Wilbur taking Charlotte's sac home and protecting it until thousands of
little Charlottes would hatch, just as what he promised with the spider when she was
dying. Wilbur then lived happily with spiders forever, generations after generations.

This is a stupid story Kyle. I dont like it, I like you.
