EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY

            This AGREEMENT OF EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY entered

into this ______________, by and between SERVIANT, owner of the servient
estate, of legal age, and a resident of _______________________, and
DOMINANT, owner of the dominant estate, also of legal age, and a resident of
_______________________.

Witnesseth

            That SERVIANT is the owner of a parcel of agricultural land located in the
municipality of ADDRESS, with an adjacent lot owned by AAAA covered under
TCT No. 00000000000000000 located in ADDRESS.

That the above-mentioned property of AAAA is located behind the property

of SERVIENT, the latter gave a road right of way consisting of 19 square meters
(1 meter x 19 meters) for the former to gain access to the main road.

That as a necessary consequence of the sale by AAAA and DOMINANT of

TCT No. 00000000000000000, DOMINANT will make use of the road right of
way previously used by AAAA.

That SERVIANT agrees to provide the road right of way to Mr.

DOMINANT, the new owner of TCT 00000000000000000, in the same way that it
was previously given to AAAA.

            This agreement shall be binding between the parties and upon all their
heirs, successors, and assigns.

            IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this agreement
