Dear Alberto Salcedo,

Your TollTag account has a zero or negative balance and your TollTag is no longer valid. If you continue using toll roads
without a valid TollTag, you will receive an invoice for your tolls at the higher ZipCash rate.

Please go online to pay for the outstanding tolls and update your account balance. Your TollTag will be reactivated once your
account is in good standing. You may also call the North Texas Tollway Authority's Customer Service team at (972) 818-
NTTA (6882) or (817) 731-NTTA (6882).
