    Your firm / company will be signing the contract agreement within one month
    of the receipt of this letter. The agreement will be signed on behalf of your company by
    owner / CEO for the purpose of executing the Contract Agreement.

    4. You are advised to depute a representative with proper Power of Attorney for
    the purpose of accepting and executing a Contract Agreement with GPA on Judicial
    Stamp paper with Stamp Duty paid in accordance with the prevalent laws.

    5. You are advised to submit the Performance Bond of amount equal to 10% of the
    Contract Price in the form AA rating Insurance Company.

    6. Please sign and return a copy of this Order as a token of acceptance by you.
