as they strive for financial success. You will certainly have some questions
about our credentials and what is unique about our approach to financial
counseling. We have an outline or agenda for this type of meeting, which helps
us make effective use of time, and assures that we cover all the essential
reports.

You are under no obligation with regard to this meeting - there is no fee and
you will not be asked to purchase anything. However, if you are interested in
our services and would like to receive an estimate we will need to know a bit
about your present financial circumstances. It would be helpful if you would
bring a copy of your most recent tax return and a balance sheet if you have
one.

Purpose and Use: Confirms the date, time and place of the Introductory Meeting with a
prospect. Should be accompanied by an Agenda AG_XX and a Map
to your office. You may also want to include a separate list of anything
you want the prospect to bring to your meeting.

Suggestions: You might include a printed brochure if you have one that is not
product-related in any way.

This item is contained in the Practice Builder Financial software, where it may be edited
and modified with great ease. When a document (Letter, Agenda, Form, Checklist, Note,
Article, etc.) is produced for a prospect or client inside the Practice Builder program several
things take place:
o Preparation of that item is recorded in that client’s Summary of Activity.
o An electronic copy of each item is placed in a unique folder created for that client
which contains all of the items that have been produced. This is a valuable due
diligence and compliance feature.
o For Letters, the addressing information, salutation, complimentary close and the date
are automatically inserted into the letter, along with any additional recipient copied.
o Your letterhead and logo may be printed automatically as part of any letter.
o For other items the recipient’s name and date appears in the top line (margin).
o You can automatically have compliance text inserted in the bottom margin.
o Copies may be automatically produced to be sent to a referring advisor.
o If an item has received a compliance review, the number can be noted in the footer.
