Project Goal

Expected Timeline
• based on previous conversations and the questionnaire list out the expected timeline for each
project milestone
• it will be confirmed in the SOW and client contact you’ll both sign
• this document is a summary to align your goals and expectations before signing an official
design contract.

Budget
• list out your total budget and break it up in 2 payments - deposit and payment upon project
completion
• If your project will take longer to deliver or is divided into multiple milestones, you can di-
vide the total budget into milestones payments. (i wouldn’t do more than 4)
