business and 1 behavioural assessment per participant.
 The negotiated price for each participant is INR 28,000.
 We successfully conducted a pilot batch to showcase the feasibility and accuracy of
our approach.
 We appreciate your suggestion to scale up the deal to potentially include 700
assessments over the next 3 years.

With the deal scheduled to go live this Friday, I understand the importance of collaborating
with the hotels to test IT settings and ensure a smooth implementation process. I am fully
prepared to work closely with your teams and the hotels to meet any operational
requirements and ensure a seamless experience.

Regarding the additional assessment request, incorporating an extra assessment into the
integrated report for each participant will necessitate an additional day for the AceTalent
team per assessment batch. This extension will incur an increase in cost by approximately
INR 2000 per participant. I have discussed this matter with my manager, and we are actively
exploring potential solutions to accommodate your request while considering the impact on
project timelines and costs.
