EagleVision
Introduction:

EagleVision is a retail website/app where gamers can easily purchase Game Addons
which can be integrated with many of the Top games like COD(Call Of Duty), PubG,
ROBLOX, Minecraft, Assassin’s Creed games, etc. EagleVision is an online forum
where Gamers can purchase Character Clothing, Weapons, Accessories, Transport etc
all from the site. EagleVision can be used even to design your own
levels/Environments for games.

When people search the website and navigate to it, they will find a Beautiful Parallax
website which give a 3D Immersive Experience. They can then Signup. If you have

Freemium Model:

EagleVision is a Freemium Model site. There is a free version and a Platinum

version.

Customers who prefer the Free subscription would be able to Purchase Character
clothes, Weapons, Accessories etc.

Platinum Version would have a few upgrades. They would be able to experience the
Game Market using Virtual Reality through which a simple headset would be
delivered and by attaching the phone to it, Customers would be able to purchase the
items from Historical Markets like Ancient Egypt etc. The Second Important
priveledge they will access is that they would be able to design their own
Environments and Levels using the Integrated GameDesign App without the need for
paying more.

Customers can purchase anything from the EagleVision store such as Clothing lines
for their game characters, weapon, accessories etc.

Customers can purchase any of these items using RathCoins(Cryptocurrency), which
is the official Currency of EagleVisionWorld. While purchasing, Customers can
create a Wallet through PayTM, PhonePay, PayPal, CreditCard, DebitCard or
NetBanking Services. Customers can then proceed by purchasing the items they
require.

Marketing/Sales Strategy EagleVision:

Part 1:
The Strategy that would be used to bring EagleVision to the market is firstly through
Gaming competitions. ESports are huge currently and are held worldwide.
EagleVision would be introduced to these Gaming Federations and Competitions,
where the Competitors could use any Item and integrate it into their games and
Compete with one another. They would be given full access to the Design Studio
section as well where the Competitions would create their own levels and the
Contestants would have to win in that Environment.

These would be then Telecasted on platforms like Youtube, TV channels etc. Where
EagleVision would be shown as “Powered by EagleVision”

Part 2:
The next step is to introduce it to the general public. Firstly on a large scale,
EagleVision would be introduced in Gaming Festivals for more exposure and
Attention. Then using platforms like Facebook, Instagram etc, EagleVision would be
promoted. Facebook Ads would be used to promote EagleVision.

Part 3:
Then gaming companies would be approached to help integrate with them more easily
and for more exposure. When Gaming companies adopt EagleVision, more people
would be exposed to it and would prefer to purchase from EagleVision.

Part 4:
Lastly Popular gamers, Youtubers would be approached to advertise EagleVision on
said platforms for more attention.

Business Strategy:

EagleVision is mostly a B2C website/app. But it is also a B2B website for Gaming
Companies where they would integrate a few Demo Skins, Weapons, Clothes,
Transport etc for anyone and everyone. EagleVision is 70% B2C and 30% B2C.

Investment

Initial Investments are from friends and family, which would be raised, to help set up
the Website and the main cost would be the Server Hosting fees and developers.
Venture capitalists would be approached once EagleVision reaches Net-Revenue
Positive.

Revenue Model

There would be two Revenue streams.

On the Free subscription, the main sources of revenue are through firstly Advertising
and item purchases.

On the Platinum model the only source of revenue is from the customers who are
subscribing to that Platinum model.
Hosting and Domain Name purchase:

For hosting the website two options can be explored, Through service providers or by
self hosting. Hosting EagleVision on our own will cost a lot of money. Payment for
Servers, Server handlers, IT Security personnel etc would all cost a lot. Therefore
while lauching EagleVision, it will be hosted through third party service providers
like GoDaddy, AWS or Hostlinger. We can explore the cheaper option GoDaddy who
also provide good services as well. So before EagleVision makes any profits, it will
be hosted on GoDaddy. The Domain name ‘EagleVision.com’ can be purchased
through GoDaddy as well. They make available a lot of services for ease of
deployment and maintenance of the website

RathCoin:

As discussed before users should pay for items in the EagleVision world using
RathCoin. Users can store any Fiat Currency into their EagleVision wallet through
CreditCard/DebitCard, PayPal, PayTm, Internet banking etc. RathCoin is specially
created for the Free and Platinum users of EagleVision. RathCoin is a Cryptocurrency
developed by us over the Ethereum Blockchain. It is much easier to make transactions
by using RathCoin.

Step 1:
Fill your EagleVision wallet first either by Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, PayPal or
PayTM
Step 2:
Example wallet. You have a balance of 9088 RathCoins
Step 3:
Select recipient, while using EagleVision the receiver account will be EagleVision.
The amount of RathCoins will be selected automatically.
When you click next. The final confirmation will be prompted along with the amount
of Transaction cost that would be incurred.

Content Management:
For content management we will post taglines from popular games to attract people.
When users visit the weapons section and select to purchase for the game Assassins
Creed, the message “Are you ready to take on the Templars?” would be showed.
 Another fascinating thing that would happen is that when the same is done where the
user then purchases a new sword for Assassins Creed Brotherhood, a game gif or
image will be prompted which the gamers would love.

Customer Support:
Customer support services would be available 24x7 for all customers. A ChatBot would be
made available for customers to ask queries. An FAQ page will also be made available. If
customers have any query they could first interact with our ChatBot. If they are not satisfied
they can select the option of chatting with an EagleVision personnel or call them. Immediate
help and attention would be provided to any and all customers.
