iOnline - Overview

iOnline Dashboard

 Once user logins as a Corporate user (iOnline), they will see the above dashboard which consists of the overall
investment summary.
 On the left hand side pane different options are available for users such as View History, Make A Transaction, 3
Statement, etc.

When the user scrolls down on the same page, they can see the request summary in a
tabular format consisting of transaction details and it’s status. 3
iOnline – Transaction History

> In the ‘View History’ tab on the left hand side pane, user has the option to view transaction history for any time
period (less than 365 days), any transaction type, folio no, scheme, etc.
> Requisite options can be entered as per the image above to view transaction history 3
iOnline – Transaction Authorization
> The user will have 2 options to select for authorizing the transactions:
1. Maker to complete the end to end transactions
2. Maker – checker
 For option (1): The maker will initiate the transactions and complete it all by themselves. There is no
need to have a separate authorizer to verify the transaction and make payments.
 For option (2):
 The Maker will initiate the transactions and select the Authorizers at level 1 and level 2.
Minimum 1 and maximum of 3 Authorizers need to be selected by the makers and submit the
request.
 The level 1 authorizer will verify the request and forward the request to level 2 authorizer.
 The level 2 authorizer will confirm the request and initiate payments and eventually complete
the request.

 The above authorizations options are applicable for all transaction types which are showcased in the
upcoming slides.

iOnline – Make A Transaction (Purchase)

 Under the ‘Make A Transaction’ tab, there are options to initiate Purchase, Redeem or Switch transactions as
shown above.
 Field level details which are required for initiating the above transactions are mentioned on the screen based on 3
the type of transaction user will initiate.

 In the above instance, for a Purchase transaction all the field level details are showcased above for reference.
 Multiple payment modes are available such as NEFT/RTGS, Internet Banking (For ICICI and Kotak Bank).
 Once all the details are filled, user needs to click on ‘Make Payment’ button to complete the transaction. 3

 In the above instance, for a Redeem transaction user needs to select the cart icon (highlighted above) against the
scheme under the folio.

 Once the icon for redemption is selected, the above details are showcased wherein the user needs to select the
Registered Bank, Redemptions options and Terms and Conditions and click on submit to complete the Redemption
request. 3

 In the above instance, for a Switch transaction user needs to select the highlighted icon against the scheme under
and folio for which a switch is to be initiated.

 Once the scheme under a folio is decided for Switch, details such as Scheme Type, Scheme Name, Switch Option
mentioned above needs to be filled along with Terms and Conditions.
 After all details are entered, click on Submit to complete the Switch Transaction. 3
iOnline – Manage Account

 In the ‘Manage Account’ tab, user has the option to change the password, email or other contact information and
update it.
 Disclaimers regarding the changes which the user initiates will be clearly provided on the respective pages which 3
the user selects.
iOnline – Statements

 User has the option to generate and download Account and Portfolio statements from the ‘Statements’ tab.
 Requisite field level details which are required to generate the statements will have to be entered by the user.
