CSR Vision

• PT. Samudra Pasifik Maritim as a responsible Corporate Citizens embraces

an integral and ethical way of conducting its business through the path of
shared inclusive growth. It sponsors and does charitable work towards
improving the lives of the community and society at large as well as
contributing to the environment and nature for sustainable development
CSR Mission
1. To share part of its prosperity and resources to people and environment
through the CSR outreach programs ;
2. To improve the quality of life and make the world a better place to live ;
3. To project a positive, and people and planet friendly corporate image ;
4. To ensure tangible and measurable impact on the target population and place
through asset creation, infrastructure development, etc ;
5. To work hand in hand with other corporate entities, Government organs,
People’s Representatives, communities other like-minded agencies etc. to
synergize the engine for Nation building ;
6. To adopt CSR as a way of conducting business and make it part of its
organisational culture ;
7. To take all stakeholders of SPM such as its employees and contractors on
board to further its CSR objectives ;
8. To leverage SPM’s core competencies and resources, including its strengths
in ship building and ship repair services, governance, human resources,
business operations and development, facilities, networks etc. towards
improving the society and the environment on shared value principle ;
CSR Policy
PT. Bandar Abadi consistently participates in and contributes to various activities
especially those related to health, education and environment. The thrust areas
for CSR activities will be:

1. Health
Promoting health care including preventive health care and sanitation including
contribution to the health program set-up by the Central Government for the
prevention of infectious and non-infectious disease through collaborative
governance;

2. Education
Promoting education regarding shipbuilding and ship repair, including special
education and employment enhancing vocation skills especially among student;

3. Environment
Ensuring environmental sustainability, marine ecological balance, protection of
marine flora and fauna, animal welfare, agroforestry, conservation of natural
resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water.
