Dismatling Works

Dismantling of existing granite / kota stone / tiles from floor/ PCC / wall
cladding / counters / false ceiling/ aluminum laminated partition and
panelling / glass partition /structural steel/ doors / furniture / storage units /
1 electrical wiring / light fixtures / Toilet Fixture etc. including clearance of all sqm 150
debris and disposal of waste outside plant in municipal dump yard and
reusable material at HMCL scrap yard within plant.
Only floor area will be measured for payment.

FLOORING & RELATED WORKS

Providing and laying in position vinyl flooring of 2mm thicknesss (basic rate
not less than 40 Rs/sft) as per manufacturer's specfifications. Tiles/Planks
may be used. Shade as per approved sample. Rate to include surface
2 preparation, levelling using POP if required and covering of the floor by sqm 150
plastic sheet securely and re covering it as required. Rate to include final
cleaning before handover. Rate to also include providing suitable brushed SS
transition profile as required and approved by the architects.

FALSE-CEILING & RELATED WORKS

Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick

Gypsum board ( India Gypsum) suspended on GI framework. GI framework
to consist of GI perimeter channels 0.55mm thick 20mm x 30mm along
perimeter of false ceiling of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with nylon
sleeves and screws @ 600mm c/c. Suspending GI intermediate channels of
3 size 0.9mm thick 45mm x 15mm from the soffit at max dist 1220mm c/c with sqm 100
ceiling angle 0.55mm thick 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit using proprietary
supplied GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners. Item shall be inclusive of
joint taping with mesh tape and finished with complete top-coat application
with recommended product only. ( Use only India Gypsum / Saint Gobain
product with Genuine Gypsteel framing material. )

Providing & fixing of Armstrong Acoustical supported Ceiling System with

preforated Tiles having (board / Tegular ) edges . The tiles should have
Humidity Resistance of 99% RH, Average NRC .55, Light Reflectance >80%,
4 Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 – 0.057 w/m°c, Colour White, Fire sqm 420
Performance Class 0/Class 1 (BS - 476) with life time warrantee against sag in
module size of 600mm x 600mm x 15mm laid on 24XL - Hot Dipped
Galvanised steel suspension System having rotary stitching on the Main
Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees.

Office Enclousre Works

 Providing and fixing powder coated Aluminium work for doors, windows,
ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other
sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, having 3 mm
wall thickness of required shade, fixed with rawl/mungo plugs and screws or
with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling
up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene
5 felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and
jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium
snap beading for glazing/ panelling, CP brass /stainless steel screws, tower
botls, adjustable stays, hinges, door handles, door lock, door closer, floor
spring etc. as per design, all complete as per architectural drawings including
polysulphide/silicon sealant at the junction of GI flashing and window
junction to make water type, and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

For shutters of doors, windows, sliding windows & ventilators including
(ii) providing and fixing hinges/pivots including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket kg 310
& fittings etc.

Providing and fixing pre-laminated three layer medium density (exterior

grade) particle board Grade-I, Type-II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with
6 phenol formal-dehyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in
panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames
with CP brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural
drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

7 12mm thk Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sqm 700
sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters

and partitions etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the
8 architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. [Cost of
aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item]

(i) 5mm thick float toughened glass ( weight not less than 12.50 Kg./Sqm ).
